Stephanie Stancilis the daughter of Steve and Karen Stancil and has lived her entire life in Wilson, N.C. Her love of dancing began at a very young age. She started taking dance at 3 years of age and continued for 15 years through high school. During her four years at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Stephanie studied under the instruction of Nancy Carson. While living in Wilmington Stephanie was an active member and performed in a number of productions for the Dance Cooperative of Wilmington as well as the North Carolina Dance Festival. Upon completing her College education with a major in business management and a minor in Spanish, Stephanie has returned home to teach her love of dance. Since she has graduated, Stephanie has attended a teacher's training in New York City, NY with the American Ballet Theater where she was trained in Classical Ballet. While in NYC she took classes at Alvin Ailey Dance Center, Broadway Dance Center, Jeoffrey Ballet, Ballet East Academy, and Steps. Along with the many other trainings, Stephanie has become a level 2 Zumba instructor.
